Now this might blow your mind, but we use this flavored honey most often on pork tenderloin. I kid you not. Be sure to prep the meat as you would normally, then roast or broil it to the spec of your recipe. Use the plum honey on it AFTER you remove the meat from the heat (otherwise, it will burn). Also popular with pork medallions, or if you are vegetarian try it in a stir-fry with something that will absorb it like a medium firm tofu or water chestnut.
