This deep amber beauty is the base form of Turkish Sunflower Limoncello. Not as dark and heavy as Buckwheat, straight Sunflower has a light tang to it without any bitterness. If you prefer honey that leans more towards a rich and full bodied Cabernet without being overly earthy, this is one to consider. It leans ever so slightly to the savory side as tends to be the case with darker honeys.
