Albizia Rose Apple Blossom Honey — Hawaii's Lightest Summer Treasure
Some honeys announce themselves boldly. This one arrives quietly — pale gold in the jar, delicate on the nose — and then surprises you completely. The first taste is butter toffee: warm, smooth, and gently sweet without a trace of heaviness. It's the kind of honey that makes you reach for a second spoonful before you've finished the first.
Albizia Rose Apple Blossom is one of our lightest Hawaiian varietals, harvested from the blossoms of albizia and rose apple trees that bloom together in the early Hawaiian summer. The season is short, the harvest is small, and the result is something genuinely rare.
