This is 100% raw, Michigan-made wildflower and clover honey, crafted entirely by our bees and never altered by heat or artificial processing.

Our Filtered Clover and Wildflower Honey carries a natural pollen composition of 70% wildflower and 30% clover — not a blend we engineer, but the authentic result of where our bees forage throughout Central Michigan. Every jar reflects the landscape they call home.
Raw. Always.
We never pasteurize our honey — filtered or not. After extraction in the summer heat, we allow the honey to rest at its natural ambient temperature of around 80°F for two weeks. This preserves every enzyme, every nutrient, and every grain of pollen in its purest form. We then gently filter out excess wax before bottling, giving you a honey that is crystal clear yet completely raw.
