Paradise Parfait — The Ice Cream of Honey
We make a lot of honeys. This one is in a category all its own.
Paradise Parfait starts with our Hawaiian Macadamia Nut Blossom honey as the base — already one of the most complex single-pollen honeys we carry. Then we took it to the varsity level. The honey is steeped for an extended period with a three-layer combination that has to be tasted to be believed:
- Fresh ground cinnamon — warm, spiced depth
- Coconut pulp — creamy, tropical richness
- Inga Edulis (Ice Cream Bean) — a giant tropical pod whose pulp tastes like a cross between vanilla ice cream and cotton candy
The result? A honey that genuinely tastes like an ice cream sundae. Layered, complex, and unlike anything you've ever put on a spoon.
What Is Ice Cream Bean?
Inga Edulis looks like a giant pea pod. Open it up and the pulp inside is soft, white, and sweet — with a flavor that lands somewhere between vanilla soft serve and cotton candy. It's a tropical fruit that most people have never encountered, and it transforms this honey into something truly extraordinary.

- Waffles or crepes — the ultimate breakfast indulgence
- Straight from the spoon — honestly, just start here
